COVID-19 Update - August 2021
We are now open for in house client shopping. We can only have 4 clients in our warehouse and two in our waiting room. You must wear a mask and hand sanitize upon entry. Clients will also be asked some questions as directed by Halton Health. Clients who do not wish to enter will be given a grocery list and our volunteers will shop for them.
-If you feel sick in any way, please call for a delivery before 10 am on Wednesday mornings OR ask someone to pick up your groceries for you. You must call in to inform us if someone else is picking up for you. 905-873-3368
-You may have a long wait depending on how many people are in front of you. Our less busy times are between10 to 11 am on Wednesdays and Saturdays and 5:30 to 6:00 pm on Tuesdays. Our busiest time is at opening.
Please be aware that we will not open our doors until the opening time:
Tuesdays: 4:30 p.m.
Wednesdays and Saturdays: 8:30 a.m.
-You must arrive at least ½ hour before closing to be able to have enough time to fill our your order and for our volunteers to shop for you.
Tuesdays: 6:40 p.m.
Wednesdays and Saturdays:11:40 a.m.
Please note that if you arrive later than this, you may not be allowed to shop that day.
The Board of Directors and Volunteers are working hard to keep food in our client’s hands during this time and ask for your continued patience. We are all looking forward to the time when we can get back to normal operations.
