The Halton Fresh Food Box is a non-profit fresh produce buying service operated by and for our community. Fruits and vegetables are chosen “in season” and from farmers in the community as much as possible and are sorted and packed in convenient boxes.
You can help a GBB (food bank) client to receive a Fresh Food Box each month!

Many thanks to all involved in the Cram-a-Cruiser food drive held on July 6th. With the help of the Halton Regional Police, Superstore employees, Georgetown Bread Basket volunteers and residents of Georgetown we collected over 8 000 pounds of food, and $1 813.25 in cash donations. As well, we received over $500 from the food sales which Superstore kindly donated. Our shelves are well stocked and with the cash donations we can purchase fresh fruit, vegetables, dairy products and provide milk and formula vouchers for our families.
Thank you for supporting the Georgetown Bread Basket.
